EGroupware is used in two separate cloud instances:

• Administration and management of projects and resources: For internal organization and administration.

• Drone Logbook (DLB): A specially customized application for fulfilling the legally mandated documentation requirements for flight preparation, execution, and follow-up. All required documents must be maintained in a revision-proof manner.

The most important modules for HEXAPILOTS include Project Manager, InfoLog (with individual customizations), Timesheets, Resources, Calendar, Knowledge Base, File Manager, Kanban, and Address Book.
