Starter workshops aim to familiarize new customers with the capabilities of the software and to customize it in the best way.
- Takes place in Stylite Computing center, Germany or via desktop sharing
- On-site training 8 hrs a day, travel expenses charged in addition.
- Number of participants max. 4
Starter Workshop - WS 08
8 hours basic training including e.g.
- Initial consulting about EGroupware communication strategies
- General configuration and preferences
- Setting up users and group
- Access control - ACL
- Categories to Calendar and Address Book
- Address Book import (customer provides data in sufficient format)
- eMail configuration (visualization of existing IMAP email accounts)
- up to the time frame, InfoLog types and custom fields
