Opening a support ticket

  • Click "Add" button.
  • Select category (EGroupware application) and version (Hosting | Installation).
  • Type summary and description of your support request.
  • Add possible screen shots or other files, if it helps support team to identify your problem.

  • By clicking the link of your support ticket you can read comments, add new comments and see all related links.
  • You will get notified by email each time support team comments your ticket.
