Opening a support ticket
- Click "Add" button.
- Select category (EGroupware application) and version (Hosting | Installation).
- Type summary and description of your support request.
- Add possible screen shots or other files, if it helps support team to identify your problem.
- Click "Save".


- By clicking the link of your support ticket you can read comments, add new comments and see all related links.
- You will get notified by email each time support team comments your ticket.
