Project Teams inside the eGroupWare Project
To manage the project efficiently we must devide tasks to dedicated teams in which members can voluntary take part. Every team has a teamleader which acts as teamspokesman and main responsible person. Further on every team has his own mission statement and a set of behaving-rules to ensure teams are not abused for personal gains.
